This seminar will focus on 10 areas of your business that should be reviewed at least annually.
Now is a perfect time to step back and assess the critical areas of your business. When properly assessed, businesses will see improved efficiencies, customer satisfaction, reduce risks and increased profits. Assessment areas we will review include:
1. Strategic Planning – Setting/revising your short-term and long-term priorities consistent with
your business objectives
2. Finance and Accounting – Review financials and assess the strength and viability of the
business, preparation of the company’s annual budget and maximize cash flow
3. Operations – Reviewing the operations, work-flow technology, inventories and efficiencies of
your business to ensure productivity and profitability is maximized
4. Customer Service – Differentiating your product/services to promote customer retention
and loyalty, creating an amazing customer experience
